We the snowfall and the holidays behind us, we are headed into the early season of the spring market. A few new listings have hit the market this week hoping to be ahead of the spring deluge of new properties. As I buyer I would recommend viewing what is on the market today. I say this for two reasons. The first is you can educate yourself as to what is on the market today, and see how that compares with your budget. The second and more important reason to head out to see a few open houses this weekend is that homes that are on the market now have motivated sellers. Perhaps there is some value to be had with a seller that would like to liquidate their home sooner rather than in the spring market.
I have two Cohasset MA open houses that you may wish to see this weekend. Both of which are homes in turnkey condition, and really need to be seen.
Visit 29 Hickory Circle in Cohasset, MA
This charming home is only two years old and shows like it was built yesterday. The sellers have relocated and really would prefer not to carry this home any longer than they may need to in this market. Click on the photo for complete details.
Visit 439 King Street in Cohasset, MA
Nestled among seven-figure homes, this ranch has impressive views of Lilly Pond, Cohasset’s water supply. While the views are a well-kept secret, what is also less highlighted, is the multifamily status that this home possesses. While it has been used as a single-family home for the last 10 years, its multifamily status is still reflected in the public record. Click on the photo for me details.
