Bill Tierney Scituate, MA Real Estate Agent Headshot

Bill Tierney

Get To Know Me

I been on the South Shore for 30 years, and I've spent my career helping people find their place in it — whether that's a starter home in Scituate, a family move to Hingham, or a forever home on the water in Cohasset. Real estate here isn't just transactions to me. It's the towns I grew up in, the beaches I still walk, and the community I'm raising my own family in. Welcome aboard.

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY

Bill not only helped me find my condo, but he also helped me through the process of selling my family home. In both situations, Bill offered me expertise, guidance, positivity, enthusiasm, and peace of mind.

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY

Bill helped my wife and me buy our first home. From day one, we felt he was trustworthy and a straight shooter - sharing his honest opinion of the local market and never putting pressure on us to make an offer. We could tell he had a lot of experience and did a phenomenal job negotiating the right price for us. We highly recommend him. Thanks, Bill!

— Connor G.

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY

We first worked with Bill to buy our first home 7 years ago. When we decided to move this year, we knew we wanted to work with Bill again. In the current market, homes are going like hot cakes, and we knew Bill's local knowledge, his many connections, his effective use of social media, his calm approach, and his sense of humor would help us navigate a home sale and the purchase of a new home with minimal...

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY

We worked with Bill as our buyer's agent from Dec 2020 to April 2020. My husband and I were first-time home buyers and new to the South Shore, so we had a lot of questions. Luckily, we had Bill to help us through the process. Working with him was completely seamless! He was very communicative, knew the market well, and was always willing to go above and beyond. He did a great job showing us a variety of ...

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY

This is our second real estate transaction with Bill, and he has been tremendous through both of them. The first was brutal, taking over a year, and Bill helped us navigate and persevere. The second was fast, easy, and seamless. Bill's market knowledge, candor, humor, and perspective all combine to make him great to work with and a leading Realtor on the South Shore.

— Rick S.

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY

Throughout the process of selling our house, Bill Tierney was highly reliable, responsive, and helpful. Bill has a thorough knowledge of the local real estate market and is technically great at marketing the product. Bill is a pleasant and humorous person - the process could have been stressful without a chuckle here and there!

— Adele J.

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY

Bill sold our home in Cohasset. He was easy to work with and gave sound advice. He is not pushy at all and adds fun and humor to otherwise stressful transactions. His local knowledge is incredible, and he responded within minutes to every email and text I sent to him. Excellent relator doing what he loves!

— Kristin F.

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY

We highly recommend Bill! We have worked with Bill on three different real estate transactions, and he has been great to work with. Bill is very responsive, an expert on the local real estate market, and skillful in guiding clients to make the right decision for themselves. We would 100% work with Bill again!

— Jamie F.

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY

We worked with Bill for over a year searching for the perfect house to relocate our family from South Boston to the South Shore. We couldn't have done it without him.
