Well, this is a different post for me than my usual ones. But who doesn’t love Mexican food when it is done well. And we all really don’t like cafeteria-grade Mexican food. It just gives the genre a poor reputation. But stick close to this one, this is not hard to make, doesn’t need a million pots and pans, and you can get all the ingredients in most grocery stores.
