Well, this is a somewhat different food genre for me, except that this ends up on the grill. And I love to grill all sorts of things, all sorts of ways.
From a food preparation point of view, I like the recipe in that that marinade is simple yet very flavorful. The rest of the meal comes together quite easily. Well, except skewering everything up. This simply takes time and your hands get dirty. A worthy trade-off in my humble opinion.
