Some of you have known me as “The Internet Savvy Agent” for a long time. And while that name has served me well, I’ve been working on something new behind the scenes.

I’m officially rebranding as Anchored South Shore.

Don’t worry — it’s still me. Same guy, same approach to real estate, and the same commitment to helping people make smart decisions about buying and selling homes here on the South Shore.

So, why the change?

More Than Just Real Estate

After more than 15 years in real estate — and many more years living here — I realized I wanted a brand that better reflects what I really love about this business.

It’s not just the houses.

It’s the towns, the coastline, the people, and the lifestyle that make the South Shore such a special place to call home.

I know these communities not simply because I sell real estate here, but because I live here. I've spent decades getting to know places like Cohasset, Scituate, Hingham, Hull and the surrounding South Shore — the neighborhoods, beaches, restaurants, back roads, local traditions and people that give each town its personality.

That's what Anchored South Shore is about.

From “Internet Savvy” to Anchored

When I first started using “The Internet Savvy Agent,” being ahead of the curve online was a real differentiator in real estate. Technology and digital marketing are still a big part of how I market homes and help my clients.

I'm not leaving that behind.

Instead, Anchored South Shore brings the focus closer to home.

You'll still find plenty of real estate advice, market information and homes for sale, but you'll also see more about what it's actually like to live here — where to eat, where to explore, local events, hidden gems and some of the people and places that make the South Shore home.
